• Any dispute or objection regarding a betting outcome must be reported to the cuci4 support team within 72 hours from the date the decision was issued.
• Sports betting odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time of placement.
• Bets placed on events that had already started before the bet acceptance time may be voided by cuci4.

• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.

If an account is closed for a valid reason (not due to a breach), any remaining balance will be returned to you via the same payment method used for the last deposit, after deducting any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements.
